Think Outside the Glove Box! The Top of Michigan Trails Council (TOMTC) encourages you to get fit, be green and save money at Emmet County’s 4th Annual Smart Commute event on June 3 – June 7, 2013.  Smart Commute promotes the use of alternative modes of transportation to get to work or school.

The Smart Commute Commuter Cup Challenge will again be the centerpiece event for the week.  It is a friendly competition between local businesses and organizations.  They compete to see who can encourage the highest percentage of employees to walk, bicycle, or carpool to get to work.
