Yakima 2-bike receiver hitch rack. The rack has a 1-1/4" male receiver that expands to 2": turn the locking knob to tighten it to fit a 2" receiver. Arms fold down, and the rack tilts away for access to a truck box, hatchback or trunk. Good condition; doesn't have the locking key.
